Can I use them for hot foods or liquids?
Absolutely. These plates naturally resist heat, moisture, oils, and liquids, so they perform exceptionally well with curries, pasta, BBQ, desserts, appetizers, and full meals.
Are they microwave and oven-safe?
Yes — another benefit of natural palm leaf dinnerware: Microwave for 2–3 minutes, and oven-safe up to 350°F (177°C) for 30–40 minutes.
Are they compostable?
Yes. DTOCS plates are 100% biodegradable and home-compostable, typically breaking down in about 60 days. No residue, no toxins — just natural leaf fibers returning to the earth.
Can they be reused?
Yes — if used with dry foods, they can be lightly wiped and reused once or twice. For hygiene and best performance, wet/oily use is single-use.
