Return & Refund Policy
At DTOCS, we want you to love your purchase — but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help!
We offer NO HASSLE 30 day returns.
1. Easy Returns Within 30 Days
You may return most items purchased directly from Dtocs.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. This gives you plenty of time to decide if your product is right for you, just like major marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) allow.
2. What Can Be Returned
We accept returns on most items that are:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- In the same condition you received them
Please note: items that are used, soiled, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
3. How to Start a Return
To begin your return:
- Contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Pack your item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship back using a traceable method — this protects you in case the return gets delayed or lost.
We recommend keeping your tracking info — we can’t issue a refund until we receive the item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days (typically faster).
- Refunds are issued using your original payment method.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.
5. Exchanges & Replacements
Want a different size or style?
- Simply place a new order for the correct item.
- Then return your original item for a refund under the process above.
This helps keep inventory accurate and ensures you get your replacement sooner.
6. Return Shipping & Fees
- If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item, damaged in shipping), we’ll cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, returns are generally at the customer’s expense.
- We do not charge broad restocking fees for most eligible returns unless the item is not returned in original condition.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as:
- Personalized or customized items
- Perishable or safety-sealed products once opened
If an item is not eligible for return, we’ll explain your options.
